Hello Sir,
I am working in TCS after my B.Tech
and I am paying Rs. 3.16 Lacs per annum.
This is my 2nd year going.
Now I have visited to Wipro Technologies
and selected in Interview. Wipro is paying
me Rs. 3.96 Lacs per annum. So should I join?

Hello there,

Here comes the way you are negotiating with different companies. Also you are getting more in the new company as compared to your present company. So, you must see the work environment, that is where you are happy to work with. Don't always go for the package. you must chose that particular company where you are having a guaranteed future growth.

You must look the Job working Environment, and you should join those company who has best working environment, as your carrier growth is dependent on the company working environment and not on the salary you are paid.
