Can I apply for Banking job if graduation will complete after 3 months?


I am still pursuing btech in computer science this is my final semester(training period). I will be a graduate after 3 months. Can i still be able to apply for banking job as i have not yet completed my graduation.?

After completion of B.Tech degree, you are eligible for Banking sector jobs.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI clerk exam.

Your age should be 20 to 28 years.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS and SBI PO exam.

Your age should be 20 to 30 years.

Yes, after completion of your bachelor's degree in Computer science engineering, you will be eligible for the Banking jobs.

Eligibility criteria for Banking job:

Recently, the minimum qualification in order to apply for banking jobs entrance exams has become bachelor's degree passed in any discipline from a recognized university.

Age limit for Clerk is 20-28 years and for Probationary officer is 20-30 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable to candidates of reserved category.

Different entrance exams:

~~IBPS Bank Clerk and PO exam for both of these posts in 22 nationalized banks.

Definitely, you are eligible for upcoming banking examination. IBPS Common written examination (CWE) is going to be conducted after 3-4 months from now and then you have already completed your B.Tech degree course. Soon IBPS will going to publish the notification for Upcoming examination i.e. CWE PO/MT, CWE Clerical, CWE RRB and CWE SO. First IBPS will publish the notification for Probationary officer post.

~~ Graduation is the minimum eligibility to apply for banking examination. Final year candidates are also eligible to apply, but you have to submit all your necessary documents at the time of interview.

~~ The minimum age criteria apply for banking examination is 20 years.

~~ The Maximum age criteria are vary from post to post. If you have applied for clerical post, then your age not more than 28 years. For Probationary officer post age should not be more than 30 years.

If you are interested in the upcoming banking examination, then please prepare well for the examination because of this year IBPS is going to conduct two tier examination. Now it is not easy to crack IBPS examination, you must have to face preliminary examination as well as Main examination.

The pattern of two tier examination is officially not yet published by IBPS, You will get complete details at the time of notification. Tier-I examination is shorter duration consist of few questions. Those who cracks the preliminary exam are eligible for Mains (Tier-2). Well, the marks of preliminary examination are not added to prepare the final merit list, this examination is just qualifying in nature.

No, without completion of your bachelors degree you are not eligible to give banking exams.

To give banking exams, one should complete graduation from recognized University.Final year students are not eligible to give these exams.

Now banking examinations are conducted by IBPS for Nationalized banks except for SBI.The eligibility required to give IBPS Exams is any degree from recognized university with minimum of 21 years and maximum of 30 years for general category.There is age relaxation for reserved category candidates as 3 years for OBC Category, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD Category.

To join in a Banking job after graduation you can apply for IBPS exam which offers candidates to join in various posts in bank. There are criteria's which are needed to be satisfied. Regarding your qualification you can apply for IBPS PO exam.

# Candidate should have a citizenship in India

# Age limit needed is 20-30 years and this is for general category candidate.

# There are certain relaxation which is allowed for other category candidates such as for SC/ST it is 20-35 years and for OBC it is 20-33 years.

# Educational qualification needed for IBPS PO exam is candidate should have completed a degree in any stream from a recognized university.


If you satisfy them all then you can apply for the IBPS PO Exam. The candidates are selected through 2 stages:
  1. Written exam
  2. Interview

The written exam is a objective type question paper, the total marks for the exam is 200 and the duration is 2 hours.

Yes, you are eligible for this exam after your graduation but make sure that your last semester result will come before counseling of your Banking Exam.
If you go for PO you will needs 60% in graduation to become eligible for Bank PO exam
and one important thing keep in mind that you do not have any essential repeats in your graduation.
For Clerk Exam you are already eligible as you already completed your Intermediate and for this exam you also need typing speed 30 words per minute to qualify typing test which is held after qualify Bank Clerk exam.

Yes,you are eligible for Bank exam after completion of your graduation degree.

The eligibility to apply for Bank exam are as under:-

-The candidate should have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

-The candidate should have a certificate/diploma/degree in Computer Operations/Languages from an institute/college/university.

-The candidate age limit to apply for the PO exam is from 20 years to 30 years and for the clerk post it is 20 to 28 years for general category.There is age relaxation for OBC candidate by 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

-The entrance exam questions are generally from English,General awareness, Marketing and Computers, Quantitative aptitude,Test of reasoning.

-The exam process is conducted in different stages;

*Preliminary Examination,

*Main Examination,

*Personal Interview.

YES, you are elligible for applying bank job & the main crietria is you should have 50% and above in your graduation.
Age limit: you should be 20 years of age,to apply.

Yes after completion in B.tech you can apply for the banking sector after you qualify the exam of the IBPS where you can get the jobs in various banks after qualifying this exam are-

>> Punjab national bank

>> State bank of India

>> State Bank of Patiala

>> Bank of baroda

>> Indian Bank

>> H.D.F.C. Bank

>> ICICI Bank

>> Kotak Mahindra bank

>> Vijya Bank

>> Axis Bank

Eligibility of the IBPS is-

>> Candidate should be Indian and also the graduate from a recognized University approved by U.G.C.

>> Candidate should be fall in 21-30 years age group.

>> Minimum 50% marks aggregate with graduation without any backlogs in graduation.

>> Age relaxation for OBC is 3 years and for SC is 5 years.

Exam pattern is-

English-40 marks
General awareness-40 marks
Aptitude test- 50 marks
Computer general- 20 marks
Reasoning-50 Marks

A grand total of written is 200 marks and is of worth 2 hours.
