Should I have to take permission again for studying Part Time PhD in Hindi if working in a PSU? List of universities and topics for research?


Hello,
I am working in a PSU and want to do PhD in Hindi through Distance or Part Time. Which universities give admission and what is the procedure to get admission in such courses? Shall I have to take permission again from my employer to do so as I had taken the permission about 6 to 7 years ago but I could not pursue due to some personal reasons. I would also like to know about the research topics which I should do PhD Hindi program.
