Am I eligible to study MCA if completed 3 years Mechanical Engineering Diploma course on 12th basis?


Dear Sir,
I did my 3 years Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering after completing 12th Commerce.
Now I want to do MCA. Am I eligible for MCA?
Please reply as soon as possible.

No, you are not eligible for MCA course.

MCA stands for Master in Computer Application.

If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized university with above 60% marks then you are eligible for MCA admission but Mathematics subject is compulsory in your throughout studies.

You are a diploma holder.MCA is a post graduation course.You need to be a graduate for being eligible or taking admission in MCA.
Complete your Degree and then apply for MCA or M.Tech.As you are mechanical diploma,it would be beneficial for you to take lateral entry admission into B.Tech mechanical and if you wish then go for M.Tech.

I did my 3 years graduate in b.sc computer science- 2011 passed out
Now I completed to do MCA in 2014. Am I eligible for si post?
