Whether Mahatma Gandhi University, Shillong is approved by UGC-DEC-AICTE for PhD in History course? Can I become teacher in any college after completing this course

Hello,
Is Mahatma Gandhi University, Shillong, Meghalaya, approved by joint committee of UGC-DEC-AICTE? Please let me know this and also if I do my PhD (History) course from the above mentioned university is it safe and will it be helpful for me to go for any teaching in colleges after finishing my PhD?

I have completed my viva-voce from MAHATMA GANDHI UNIVERSITY MEGALAYA for Ph.D in Management on 25th April 2016.Please confirm whether this doctoral degree will be
considered by other universities in India.MY Regn No is MGU/121?903/P0225

I have completed my graduation from MGU meghaliya in the year 2013 my enrollment no. Is MGU/111/SN1210044/005 . Sir plz let me now that this is my distance education degree is it vaild degree. Or the university is UGC approved. And sir I have to get my provisional degree also for that what should I do plz update me on my email that's [email protected] .ur faithfully vikas
