Can I study BHMS if secured 49% in 12th Science?
Respected Sir,
I want to know that as I got 49% in 12th Science so can I will be able to study BHMS course? Kindly let me know about this. Thank you in advance. |

Yes,you can opt for BHMS degree after securing 49% marks in 12th Science,if you belong to other than the General category .
BHMS stands for Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery. The eligibility criteria required to get admission in the BHMS degree are as under :- -The candidate must have passed 12th board examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany/Zoology) and English. -The percentage of marks required in the qualifying exam is 50% for General category,45% for B.C.,40% for M.B.C. and 35% for SC/ST candidates. -The candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission for the BHMS Degree Course. The candidate after pursuing B.H.M.S. degree can practice as a Homeopathy Doctor . |
