Headmaster is the leader of the school.
It is the duty of the headmaster of the school to create the right condition for children and staff so that they can give their maximum output to make the school better than other and also to maintain discipline in the school.

To become school teacher
-Candidate must have Bachelor's and Master's degree.
-Candidate must hold teacher's training and principle's training degree.
-Candidate must have minimum of 5 years of experience as teacher in any affiliated school

If candidates hold all the above mentioned degrees then they have to wait till a school publishes notification for requirement of principle.
Once, the notification comes, they need to apply and qualify the selection procedure followed by school to confirm the job.
