Sir/Mam,

I have done my graduation and tell me what I have to do now? What should I do to kick start my career after completion of graduation? Can you suggest me the best course and the next steps which I would need to follow to get the job and setup a career of my own?

The best that you can take now so that you can kick start your own career is to prepare for the Entrance Examinations of the various B-Schools in India.
You must prepare for the CAT, XAT, MAT Entrance Examination.
Once you have cracked these Examinations you will be eligible to get admitted to the best Business Schools in India for the course of MBA.
MBA is a very flourishing course and you will be able to kick start your career in a grand way once you are able to complete your MBA Course.

Dear you should mention the graduation specialisation.

After graduation either you can pursue furthe for post graduation like MS or M.Sc or MBA or M-pharmacy or M-tech or M.com

Or

You can work in companies

Or

You can establish your own business

If you had mention the specialisation, then it would be fine to give guidelines

After, Graduation there are lots of higher course which you can do other wise you can get prepared for Competitive Exams.

The best course after graduation nowadays is MBA. There are many entrance exams for getting admissions into such colleges. Also you may pursue MSW, social work domain. Also you may take the masters in the field of your graduate study.

-->Do some technical course related to your graduation in a very good institute. THis institute has to provide training come placement. So with this , you will get your start of your career and get some experience.

-->If you are from Arts and Science, you can try these options
-Clear CAT and join M.B.A in a very goo colleges like IIM's
-M.Com will be the best option after doing your Bachelor's in B.Com/
-You can also join Law by applying through LLB.
-You can also try for Bank Exams/ Railways/ Defense/ SSC.
