Whether Diploma jobs are equivalent to Higher Secondary jobs or not?

No, Diploma jobs are not equivalent to Higher Secondary jobs. Diploma holders can get better jobs when compared to Higher secondary jobs. Diploma course has higher value when compared to Higher Secondary. In the same way, Diploma jobs are higher level jobs when compared to Higher Secondary jobs.

Diploma is always preferred over the intermediate in almost of the jobs.

So my suggestion to you is that you should go for the diploma rather than intermediate.

You will get a job of high salary on the basis of diploma as compare to the job on the basis of your intermediate.

Diploma jobs are specialised jobs and they required skills which is not the case in 12th pass jobs. Most of the 12th pass jobs are clerical and other low profile jobs.

Therefore, you can't compare both these jobs because skills required are totally different in both the cases.
