The problem will be the gap and what you have been doing all these years. If you were doing a job in any field then you will definitely have good chance of getting the lecturer job. It also depends on what kind of job you were doing.
Also, for government lecturer job you need NET/SET score. You may use you M.Phil qualification to get job in private colleges if you don't have these scores. |
