I want to do PhD but I want to know the details that for doing PhD what qualifications I should have as I am doing M.A. post graduation right now. Please help me to know about this.

Eligibility criteria for Ph.D course:-

1)Those candidates who have completed post graduation degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course.

2)There is no age criteria for Ph.D course.

First of all you need to complete post graduation with at least 55% marks from recognized university. In case of reserved category 50% marks is enough due to relaxation.

You need to appear for exam and interview for PH. D admission after attaining above qualification. It will be better if you qualify exams like NET/SET/JRF if you want admission in top institutes.

I have completed BA (Hon's) in English in 2009 but couldn't complete Masters in the same subject. later in 2015, I have a degree on MBA major in HRM.
My question is whether I am fit for doing PhD or not? If yes, how & what procedures do I need to maintain? If not, what should I do, let me know please?
