Possibility to change stream into Mechanical Engineering if pursuing B.Tech in Chemical Engineering?


Dear Sir,
I have got admission in Chemical Engineering stream in B.Tech course. Though I wanted to study Mechanical Engineering. I want to know that I have any chance or possibility to change my stream now?

Of course ! it is possible .
In Btech 1st year syllabus is common for all branches . If you want to change your branch in 1st year itself , it will be very easy .
If you want to change your branch after 1st year it needs small procedure .
I.e, Your details will be updated in college , so they have to change everything ...
