Respected Sir,

BPLR means Benchmark Prime Lending Rate.
This means the Interest rate at which the Bank Lends the money to you.
It varies from time to time due to the policies of RBI.
This is what BPLR means. So you need not worry about these terms as these are Banking terms and the main thing that you should look into is the Interest rate and the amount of Loan that you require.
