Tell me that what is the criteria for IAS and ISS exams ? How to apply for IAS and ISS exam ? What is the syllabus for IAS and ISS exam?

Criteria for IAS Exam:- IAS ( Indian Administrative Service)

You must have graduate in any stream from recognized university.

Age should between 21 to 32 years for general category.For OBC Candidates 3 years age relaxation and SC/St candidates 5 years age relaxation .

No. of Attempts:- For General category 6 attempts
2.For OBC category 9 attempts
3.For SC/St candidates no limit.

Syllabus for IAS Exam:-There are various subjects includes in IAS Exam .
1.Mathematics
2.Chemistry
3.Physics
4.Biology
5.History
6.Geography

You can apply for IAS exam online .You have to fill online application form which will be available at the website of www.upsc.gov.in.IAS Exam conducted by UPSC in every year.

ISS stands for Indian Statistical Service .

You must have to post graduate degree having subjects of Economics & Statistics from any recognized university .

Age should not below 21 years.

Exam will be objective type.

IAS stands for the Indian Administrative Services and ISS for the International Space Station and to become the IAS you have to qualify in the civil services examination.

The examination is conducted by the UPSC. The eligibility to appear for the examination is candidates must have passed the graduation from the recognised university and age between the 21-32 years with the relaxation in the age for the reserved category.

The examination is conducted in the three stages and the candidates have to qualify in all the stages for the final selection. For more information about the examination visit at the www.upsc.gov.in.


But the eligibility to appear for the ISS is to qualify in its examination. For more information about the examination visit at the official website www.nasa.gov.in.

IAS stands for the Indian Administrative Service and ISS as International Space Station and to get the recruitment you have to qualify in the respective entrance examination.

For the IAS you have to qualify in the Civil services examination conducted by the UPSC and the eligibility to appear for the examination is :-
* Candidates must have passed the graduation from the recognised university.
* Candidates age must be between the 21-32 years and relaxation for the reserved category.

The examination is conducted in the three stages and the application form for the examination will be released in the April in 2016.

For the recruitment in the ISS you have to qualify in the entrance examination conducted by the NASA. For more information about it you can visit at the www.nasa.gov.in.

IAS is Indian Administration Service. For this one have to appear in the entrance exam conducted by the Upsc and known as Civil Service examination.

The eligibility criteria for appearing in this exam is to have a graduation degree course in any discipline from a good and recognized university with nice percentages.

The age of appearing aspirant's must be in between 21 years to 32 year's. Age relaxation is as 5 years for sc st and 3 years for obc.

IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service. It is the top civil service in India. Every year thousands and thousands of students will apply for civil services but only few people (in Hundreds) will be placed into IAS. Such a heavy competition is there for civil services.

Civil services exam is the common written exam for the candidates to be placed into all the civil services like
-Indian Administrative Service
-Indian Police Service
-Indian Revenue Service
-Indian Foreign Service

There are 3 rounds of selection procedure
CSAT Exam
Civil Services Main Exam
Interview

Below is the required eligibility criteria for the candidates to apply for civil services exam.

Academic Qualification :
-Candidates should have completed Graduation with any of the university from a recognized university. No minimum percentage of marks criteria required for the candidates.

Those who have applied for final year exams of Gradation and waiting for the results can also apply for this exam but they should be able to show the proof of passing in Graduation by the time they appear for Interview.

Age criteria :
Candidates of General category should be in the age group of 21-32 years. Relaxation is there in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC candidates and if you are a candidate from SC or ST category, you will get relaxation upto 5 years.

Number of attempts :
There is limit on the number of attempts as well.
Candidates of General category can apply this exam for a maximum of 6 times.
Candidates of OBC category can apply for maximum 9 times within the required age criteria and there is no limit on the number of attempts for the candidates of SC or ST category.

This exam will be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) once in a year. The procedure to apply for civil services exam has changed now. You need to apply and make the payment for this exam in online itself.

You did not mention your highest level of academic qualification, you can apply for civil services exam. Have strong preparation and then only apply for this exam. Otherwise, you will loose your attempt.
