After completing Diploma in Electronics Engineering I want to study in Abroad. Kindly tell me how to study in Abroad? Please reply as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply.

No, it is not possible to study MS course in Abroad immediately after completion of your three years Diploma course. To be eligible to pursue MS course, you must have obtained Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Since, you have not pursued Bachelor's degree course, you are not eligible to pursue MS course. So, I suggest you to pursue B.E/B.Tech course after completion of your Diploma course, so, that you are eligible to pursue MS course in Abroad.

I perceive you are considering a Masters degree from the US university. As per the general norms of the educational system in the US, one should have completed 16 years of education to be eligible for a Masters program.
