University for B.Tech in electrical in distance after diploma in electrical engineering from KSOU?


I have done aircraft maintenance engineering and I am not getting job in aviation industry. I am working in electrical company as supervisor electrical presently I am pursuing diploma in electrical from ksou. I just want to know which university I choose for b.tech in electrical through corresponds/distance or ksou will also a option?
