If you are doing B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech from a recognized board then you are eligible for IBM recruitment.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for IBM is 70%. You should't have any pending backlogs. Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for IBM recruitment.
