I am chandrappa bp MSc (agri.) plant pathology. I am very much interested in research field, it may be in government or private sector. However i prefer private sector. So i want to know about the jobs there? Please inform me.

Research and Development are very vast and complex field. If you really wanted to go into Research and development field, then you must possess the following qualities:

1. You must be mathematically strong.
2. Must have Logical solving skill.
3. You must think out of the box.
4. Your aim should be higher than then sky.

** Whether it be a private organization or the government organization, Research and
development field has its own reputation.

So, just possess the above mentioned qualities and you will get into your desired
sector.
