Yes, you are eligible to apply for M.SC environmental science after completing B.SC Botany, Zoology, Chemistry. Here below are details regarding M.SC environmental science:-

Eligibility Required:- Minimum qualification required to apply for post graduation degree in environmental science is B.Sc in Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Geology etc. from government recognized institute with minimum 55% marks.

Duration of M.SC Environmental Science:- Duration of master of science in environmental science is 2 years.
