Dear concern,

I have done the B.sc in footwear technology from IGNOU ,in the correspondence of FDDI , 2010-2014 , and I have only received the provisional certificate R grade card but the original degree is pending .
Please advise the procedure for getting my degree certificate .

I have completed my post graduation MBA[HR] from IGNOU but I have not got my original master's degree certificate nor original grade card and I have not received any intimation or information from the same. I have completed my course in the year 2016 itself .But unfortunately, I have not received any information about remittance of fees for obtaining my originals as well as about convocation.My residential address is same which I gave during my admission time. as it is our own house.I inquired in post office , but they told that they have not received any posts from IGNOU addressed for my residence.I even inquired in regional centre Bangalore also, they told me that I want to inquire in the main office only . Visit ignou maidan garhi, block 6 A , show your enrollment and they will tell you the amount required for draft . Back of the same building Punjab national bank make DD.write your enrollment no back of the DD n submit to the same room(block 6A) instantly you will get certificate.

You have to visit the IGNOU Website.
When the registration for the next convocation starts , you have to register for that.
You have to pay the Convocation fees of Rs 600 online.

In the registration form you have to mention that you will come personally to convocation to collect the certificate or alternatively give your address and they will send it at your address.
