No acknowledgement for renewal of scholarship which i received after PUC?

Sir,
I had awarded scholarship after passing PUC now I am in 5th semester of B.A degree. for further scholarship I have already submitted required documents.but till now I have not received the any information in this matter. so my question is how to get the information and to hum to contact in this matter?
