I have done 12th from Arts stream but I have Maths in my 12th. Now I want to do B.Com in my Graduation. So, I would like to know whether I can eligible to do B.Com or not?

Most of the universities prefer commerce stream students for B.Com admission. If you are an arts stream student then it will be difficult for you to get admission in this course.

You will be eligible only for various bachelor degree courses in Arts subjects according to the subjects that you have studied in 12th class.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Com after completing 12th standard in Arts stream. The basic qualification needed by a person to join the B.Com is a pass in class 10+2. Those students who have taken Commerce, Mathematics or any or related fields shall be granted preference.
