Is BCA graduate person eligible to take the TET exam? What is the minimum criteria followed for the same? Can you please provide me the complete details on the same? It will be really helpful if you can answer me back on this soon. Thanks!

If you want to apply for TET , then you will have to complete B.Ed course after BCA.

TET Eligibility
You must have passed graduation with 2 year diploma In elementary education or B.Ed course.
- You must have passed senior secondary with 4 year bachelor in elementary education.

- Child Development & Pedagogy
- Language I
- Language II
- Maths
- Environmental Studies

CTET Important Dates
- Apply Online From : 4th December , 2015
- Last Date to Apply : 28th December , 2015
- Admit cards Available From : 1st January , 2016
- CTET Exam : 21th February , 2016

BCA candidates are eligible for the TET entrance exam.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree with above 50% marks from a recognized university are eligible for TET exam. B.Ed degree is essential for TET exam.

Your age should be in between 18 to 40 years.

BCA degree is not sufficient for writing TET examination.
For this candidate must be a holder of B.Ed degree. B.Ed is compulsory to write TET.
Upper age limit is not required for TET entrance examination.
Therefore, after BCA you need to pursue B.ED.

All Graduate students with any streams are eligible.

Eligibility criteria for TET:-
Candidates have Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with 45%marks.

And with B.ed or any degree.

Age limit :-Minimum 18years
Maximum 35 years.
