Sir/mem,
MY name is Sumit shrivastav. I am a postgraduate in zoology. My main topic is fisheries in post graduation. I want to do Phd in zoology. But i want my phd in done from foreign country, but i don't know what i do for this. Please give me complete guidance about this problem.

You can apply for GRE which is a widely accepted score for admission in research programs at leading universities. You must have a masters degree in same field to become eligible for it.

IELTS/TOEFL score will be required for admission. This will be for English proficiency. Hence, just be prepared for these exams and try to score well.
