YCMOU - Is it valid for Private Sector Jobs? How to prove it to HR Managers if it is valid?
Hello, I have completed (C02) Preparatory Exam and B.Com (G02). I have 5 years experience BPO industry. Currently, I am looking for a job change in the same industry but I don't know YCMOU is it valid or not for the Private Sector. Please advise and how to prove this think to HR Managers...Thank you.

Most of the private sector companies have their policies for recruiting and some may not recruit distance mode graduates. Hence, it totally depends on the company's policy where you are applying for job.
It doesn't matter whether you prove or not they will go by their policy. Distance mode degree is not considered in most MNCs. |

Let me clarify it very clear that if IGNOU being a distance university is recognized for all kinds of government and private jobs. Similarly Ycmou is also a recognized university by Ugc and IGNOU so all private companies, government companies,banks recognizes it for your employment. Don't make any rumors Ycmou is recognized in all sector as it is a Ugc and government recognized degree.

I had recently completed 12 Eqvalant exam Bechlor of proparaty program (BPP)in IGNOU University and and I also studied Ycmou in B.A 2nd year appeared but I was going to interview for BPO sector job I had track also my interview best but my education certificate not acceptable for private company
