please tell me about the govt. Medical colleges in india which accept the donation or is there any nri quota for mbbs in govt. Medical college and what is their fees. Please also tell the fee structure of medical college in nepal

can i get any college within india without clearing any medical exam ,from nri quata . with low donation !!
