Respected Sir, I am Sanitha PS pursuing MA Public Administration At IGNOU. I would like to appear for NET exam on December 2016. Kindly consider answering me with all details regarding NET December 2016.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test.

Eligibility to appear in NET 2016 are
-Candidates must have Master degree or equivalent degree from any university recognized by UGC with more than 55% marks.
-Candidates appearing at the qualifying Master degree program are also eligible.
-For JRF, candidate must not be more than 28 years of age while there is no age restriction for Assistant Professor.

Ph.D degree holders having their Master degree completed in or before 1991 shall get relaxation of 5% marks for appearing in NET.

Online form submission for NET Dec 2016 is started already from 16th Aug and will be concluded on 09th Sept 2016.
Last date of receipt of duly completed hard copy of online application form is 16th Sept 2016 while last date for same from remote areas) is 23rd Sept 2016.

Examination will be conducted on 18th Dec 2016.

UGC NRT stands for University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test. For this examination candidate must have master degree from a recognized university. The minimum percentage required in master degree for UGC NET examination is 55% and 5% relaxation is given to SC/PH/VH category candidate. For University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test the age of candidate not be greater than 28 years.

University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test is usually conducted twice in a year in the month of June and December. The application fee for general candidate is Rs.450 and SC/ST/PH/VH Candidates is Rs.110.

sir...i have applied Sir for ugc net net december 2016 exam instead of electronics and communication engineering (ECE) i have wrongly written as Electronic science in the subject of post graduation examination....is there any way to change that subject of post graduation..i request you to give me proper solution...,
