How to prepare for freshers interview? What type of questions will be asked in freshers interview?


How to prepare for freshers interview? What type of questions will be asked in freshers interview? Will it be tough or easy? Can you please give me some sample questions which will be asked or let me know what all preparation we need to do for the same?

Each and every person who wants to work in an organisation have to face an interview. They may be fresher or experienced. Facing an interview for fresher candidates is very challenging so, you must prepare well for the interview because your job totally depends on the interview.

Here are some tips to prepare for the interview:

> You must prepare a good resume containing full details of your's and your academic career. Because a good resume will put a good impact on your professional career.

> Do some homework before attending the interview so that you know what you need to do in your interview and make sure everything is kept ready before you get into the interview room.

> Make sure you wear something good and formal. Do not wear anything which you think is informal.

> Do not get panic and nervous during the interview, be confident and bold throughout the interview it will bring positiveness in you.

> Maintain proper eye contact with the interviewer and do not get distracted by anything while listening to the questions and while answering.

The interview for fresher candidates are not so tough. Its very easy but only if you are confident and bold enough.

Here are some common questions asked by most of the companies:

> Introduce yourself.

> Why should I take you in this particular company.

> What is your weakness.

> Extra co-curricular activities.

> Are you a team player.

> Why should we hire you.

> What is your dream job.

> What is more important for you, money or work.

> Are you willing to work overtime? Nights? weekends?

> If you are rejected today what will you do.

> What is your aim.

> What are your skills? Do you have any certificate of your skills?

> Why do you want to join this company.

So, these are the common questions asked by the HR during the interview. Practice these at home and prepare well so that you can crack the interview confidently.
