Yes, diploma in rubber technology is a good course and has better career scope in both government and private sectors.

After completing the course he can find a job in tyre manufacturing companies like MRF, Apollo, CEAT etc. He can also get jobs in rubber technology and R&D firms, polymer manufacturing and processing companies, rubber products marketing firms and in rubber industries.

You can apply in these firms for the post of a:

> R&D Associate.

> Quality Control.

> Process Engineer.

> Design Specialist.

> Rubber Technologist etc.

So, there is nothing to worry about let him complete the course as he is interested in that and he will definitely succeed in life.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
