Am I considered as NRI to appear in JEE Main if studied up to 10th from Sri Lanka and 12th from Tamilnadu? Procedure to get admission through JEE Main?


Hello sir, I am from Sri Lanka but studied up to 10th in Sri Lanka and 12th from Tamilnadu. I want to appear in JEE Main exam. Please tell me am I considered as NRI? Procedure to get admission through JEE Main?

If you have passed class 12th from Tamil Nadu, then will be considered an Indian citizen. Just make sure you have domicile certificate from the concerned authority.

Just appear for entrance exam as an Indian citizen. You will not be considered as a NRI candidate.
