I have complete my BDP program in December 2013, but till now, 1.12.2016, I haven't got my original degree certificate even IGNOU has not taken any response. Kindly help me, how do I get my certificate. My enrollment no is 094902982 and my contact no 7033804259.

To get your degree certificate you need to visit the IGNOU University and write a requesting letter regarding degree certificate and mention your roll number and then contact address with clear information.

Then submit that letter to the University clerk office and they will check and send your certificate to your postal address.

Before that have to pay some fee for your degree certificate.

Sir i'm pandivel, me and two of friends have completed our BACT course ( bsc anesthesia and critical care technology) june 2015 in IGNOU as a full time on campus programme. but till date we haven't received our degree certificates.our name and enrollment numbers.

I have already submitted all the complete assignments and even appeared and cleared my term end exam way back in June 2007. BUT due to the carelessness it is never uploaded and updated. So even though the exams are cleared the status is showing as not completed. I have complained and they said i have to write again so i did the assignments and submitted again but same problem occured...what to do now. Have lost those precious years
