You can do BE in Civil Engineering through distance mode from Institute of civil engineers, Ludhiana, punjab. its study centres are all over india.it is recognised by AICTE,DEC,IGNOU,MHRD Shaporji &Palonji etc. I completed my dip in civil through this institute. now i am doing my BE through this institute. Recently its Convation and international seminar was held in New delhi and studen ts got their degrees and diplomas. it was attended by Delhi CM Sheela dixit, MP , Chair man OF IGNOU, . convacation was held on Sept 15
