I am rakesh agarwal. Right now i am doing full time MBA specializing in finance and marketing from amity b-school ahmedabad.
From JAN 2010 i ll be in my last sem of MBA so from june 2010 i ll be MBA in finance and marketing so am i eligible to be probationary officer as i complete my MBA.
And what could be my starting pay and what is the process i need to go through to get this job.
And is it possible for me to get enroll for this job right now so that as soon as i finish my mba i directly switch to this job without searching for other jobs in the industry…

you may join any government bank, for this you may give entrance e-xams of bank. or if u have complete your master course , you may also apply for private bank also

al the banks are suitable for MBA in finance and marketing. you can apply the banks apllications forms. both the government and private banks are suitable but government banks are more suitable than private banks.

instead of joining a commercial bank, you should focus and try to get into an investment bank/venture capital company....since, you have done your mba you should utilise your degree.

you go through government banks (SBI)and international
banks like ICICI,HSBC,CITY BANK.....

you can join as an manager of any commercial bank or industrial branch.you can also apply for an post of financial manager in any PSU or privet orginization.

These are best bank serier i think so

After masters degree you can apply in any govt. or private bank.
in govt. banks may be you have to go through an entrance exam,

Infact, you were eligible from the time you completed your bachelor's degree.

The eligibility criteria for bank PO are:

1) You have to show your degree of passing by the end of the time decided by the bank authorities.

2) You should have a minimum of 55% marks throughout your graduation (relaxation for SC/ST)

3) You should have a degree in computer from NIT's or other institutes.

4) Your age should be between 21 years and 30 years.

So apply for bank jobs that are going to be held in the upcoming days.

Your salary when you will join the bank will vary from bank to bank.

But it will be within 14,500 to 30,000.

Being an MBA graduate there are lot of opputunities for you in banking sector. You can apply for the po exams conducted by various banks.ALso there are many banks including Federal banks who are directly recruting MBA graduates to the post of assistant bank managers.Also banks like ICIC directly recruts MBA graduates tothe marketing section. All the banks provide attractive salary and other packages .

hii..my name is akansha. i have done my MBA finance from an average b school.now i want to start my career.

i have two things-

1.an internship program with copal amba for 3 months for which they are not paying me anything.but the manager is saying that if i perform well i will get a full time job.

the profile is of intern and i have to prepare the data for moody.i am not sure that i will get a permanent job.

2.i have a job option with broad ridge financial solution as a process analyst .they are giving me a package of 1.92 with 3 month training at Hyderabad and 1 year contract.
the profile is of real time settlement.

please help me out.as i want to start my career.
