For B.Tech Engineering course candidate must have passed 12th with PCM from a recognized board. In top reputed government engineering college the admission of candidate will be done on the basis of entrance examination like Joint Entrance Examination. As per my knowledge, you are not eligible for getting admission in top reputed college so my suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in private engineering college which accept your score.

The eligibility criteria for MHT CET is
Candidate must score at least 50% in physics , chemistry and maths
Candidate must be a domecile of Maharashtra
As, you have not scored 50% in pcm you will not be eligible for the exam
