hello..am a M.Sc(software engineering) student am not eligible in 10th and 12th std i secured only 50% in 12th 55% in 10th could u pls give some suggestions foer joining in IT companies...

first of all in any it companies job u required experence as well as good knowledge of ur field

I hereby inform dear that you are eligible but the thing is that you should be relevant knowledge where you want to get perfect job.

sir i got 59% in 12th n 61% in 10th & 77% in b.tech... please tell me in which company i can apply...

Sir I got 64% in 10th. in 12th 57% and in B.Tech 70%(IT Branch).please give the name of it companies which have minimum crieteria is less than 60% .

in it companies you require a good technical knowledge and a command on any language

Dear friend,

Maximum software company want 60% in through out in career .Your 12 th marks is not above 60% so you are not eligible for maximum no of software company.

Some few software company allow 50% above criteria like WIPRO, SYNTEL , HONEYWELL etc.

Also WIPRO want above 60% marks in B-TECH.

So you are eligible for WIPRO, SYNTEL ,HONEYWELL because your 12 th marks is just below 60%.

Also you are eligible for .NET and PHP company so you can contact those company.Because if here you have gain experience in 2 years then you have chances to go TOP MNC companies.

Better option for you to go for higher study like JRF ,SRF,MBA,M-TECH,MS,PHD etc.

firstly you should be graduate then you are eligible for companies.by doing 10th and +2,you are not eligible for it companies.

before graduation you are not eligible for it companies.

Its not like that. As you have said that you are an M.Sc Student in Software Engineering, then you should get good IT Jobs. However there are certain things that you need to keep in mind.

IT Companies are the Information Technology companies a few of them to name are : Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, etc..So you have to get a good job in any of these companies. Now talking of your Eligibility Criteria to apply for these companies, you say you have scored 50 and 55% in your board exams.
But yes they would certainly ask for a first class result in your graduation i.e it should be more than 60% ANYHOW ! Hence strive for it..

I would say that it doesn't matter, what you have scored in your board exams. What matters is how are you doing in your graduation and how well are you scoring in it. Since you are doing your post graduation, its another added benefit for you to get a job in these companies. Also some other things which play a difference is how confident you are of your knowledge that you are holding, communication skills and other such factors.

I would suggest you to apply for the Off Campus jobs as well apart from applying in the on campus ones too. Off Campus jobs are difficult to get otherwise, but they can test you really on your knowledge and competency. Thus it would be the best option to try in both the means to get a job. Generally the software companies focuses the percentage you scored in your graduation. So there are lots of software companies you can opt for. Some of the MNCs in which you can opt a job...TCS, WIPRO, IBM, INFOSYS, SYNTEL etc...

Hello.

As you don't have sufficient marks which can fulfill the eligibility criteria of top MNC companies.
You should start with small companies and then you can gain the work experience from there and then you you switch to the top companies easily.
Other wise you should do further study and gain good marks and do M.tech or MBA from top colleges like IIT's and IIM's by giving the GATE and CAT exam respectively.
After that you will definitely get a good job.

You should try to clear your backlog in your degree course.
Since many MNC companies focuses on your percentage you have scored in graduation
They ask for 60% throughout your studies.
You should apply for off campus and first try to get job in small companies after gaining work experience you should go for top MNC companies which will be beneficial for you in getting jobs.
