My rank in wbjee of 2011 is 13097. I want to read in a govt engineering collage of west bengal, my choice is mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, agricultural engineering, and architecture, can i get in a govt engineering collage of west bengal?

you can not get the top GOVT. college in west bengal after getting 13097 rank in WB-JEE.
You can take admission in the private collage.

Sorry to say, but you can't get the govt college.
For getting govt college, your rank is very high, so you will have to take admission in Private College.

1>Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Jadavpur University

architecher branch there

First of all i would like to tell you that the prestigious government colleges like JU, BESU are reserved for the top 2000 rankers only. However there are few government colleges for your rank also:-
1)Government College of Engineering and Ceramic Technology
2)Government College of Engineering and Leather Technology
3)Government College of Engineering and Jute technology
4)Jalpaiguri engineering college

IN reality there is a vast difference between the nature of a college before counselling and after counselling

this private colleges only knows one thing Have u paid the money on time or not

sir my rank in wb is 8700....i got bengal college of engineering(choice no.1)...can,t i get lower choice colleges like (chocee no.10 or 12.).....actually i didn't opt colleges preference wise............
