hello sir,
i has completed my bca from IGNOU and looking for mca entrance test but the problem that i done my 10+2 with PCB.so i am totaly confuse whether i am eligible for mca entrance exam or not?kindly suggest me.

If in bca, you had studied maths, then you are elligible for MCA entrance exam with having pcb in+2. This is because the entrance test does have a test on maths along with english and computer related subjects.

sorry dear you are not eligible for entrance exam, and you cant apply for
M.ca, because it require PCM in 12th subject.

In 10+2 Must be read Maths subject for entrance of MCA exam for ICET in Andhra pradesh

BCA students also eligible for MCA.

No, you aren't eligible for MCA entrance exam because for MCA entrance exam Maths is compulsory in 10+2 for admission in top colleges .

You can go for other streams also after BCA such as MBA
or you can go for direct job.

yes without any hesitation you can appear mca. there's nothing any problem with that . . if your bachelor degree is completed then you can do master degree smoothly without any tension.

Eligiblity Of MCA Entrance Examination -

MCA is Three Year Post Graduate Course And To get Admission in this course you need to appear for Entrance Examination. So, If you want to get admission in Top MCA colleges Like IITs and NITs, Then For this You have to appear for NIMCET and AIMCET (JAM) Examination.

And To apply for this examination then you need to complete your Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics at the 12Th level or at the Bachelor’s level.

though you dont have maths in +2 level you have studied maths in BCA

you have to completed your BCA degree so you are eligible for MCA entrance test.

it is not mandatory of your 10+2 degree.

some of the university want 10+2 with PCM

but dont worry you are eligible for maximum university.

As you are interested in MCA at first I will say you that you have to complete your Bachelor degree(BCA) of three years,then you can apply various universities or institutes entrance exams.

For that you should have Mathematics in 12th as the computer subjects are logic and mathematical base.

So,if you are interested in MCA you have to appear in some entrance examination through which you can take admission in IITs or NITs and all other high profiled institutes.

1:NIMCET:you have pass Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline with Mathematics scoring score at least 60% marks.

2:The All India MCA Common Entrance Test (AIMCET):you have pass Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline with Mathematics.

The Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) is a postgraduate course.

Aspirants who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course. Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2.

As you were a BCA student you are quite eligible to apply for the MCA course.
