The course structure of BSc Perfusion Technology in Kerala University of Health Sciences is as follows:

First Year:

Human Anatomy (Theory and Practical)
Physiology (Theory and Practical)
Biochemistry (Theory and Practical)
Pathology – Clinical Pathology, Hematology & Blood – Banking (Theory and Practical)
Microbiology (Theory and Practical)

Second Year:

Medicine relevant to Perfusion Technology (Theory)
Section A – Applied Pathology (Theory and Practical)
Section B – Applied Microbiology (Theory and Practical)
Applied Pharmacology (Theory)
Introduction to Perfusion Technology (Theory and Practical)

Third Year:

Perfusion Technology – Clinical (Theory and Practical)
Perfusion Technology – Advanced (Theory and Practical)
Perfusion Technology – Applied (Theory and Practical)
