Eligibility to apply for MYSY Scholarship for BTech Civil 3rd year student with no backlogs?

Respected Sir/Madam, I am studying in 3rd year of BTech with Civil Engineering. I have no backlogs yet and haven't applied for any scholarship. I want to apply for MYSY Scholarship now. So, I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for me to apply for this scholarship?
