Can I apply for an Education Loan in YES Bank against owned building instead of a guarantor?
Sir, I don’t have any guarantor in my own relation. I am not able to introduce any guarantor. But, I have a building in my own name. So, I am eligible to take an education loan YES Bank with my building for education purpose?

No, you can't apply for education loan without a guarantor at any bank in India. You must have a person from your family who is earning well to become the guarantor for your education loan application. Collateral is a secondary thing and is not considered a replacement for a guarantor.
The primary requirement for education loan is a guarantor and then of the loan is big they will ask for collateral. Hence, you must have a guarantor. |
