my cut off mark is 191.75. i am belong to bc. will i get medical seat through tamilnadu counselling?

I GOT MEDICAL CUTOFF 192.25,CAN I GET MBBS SEAT IN PRIVATE COLLEGE UNDER BC QUOTA OR BDS IN GOVT COLLEGE

I GOT 192.25 CUTOFF UNDER BC CAN I GET A MEDICAL SEAT THROUGH TN COUNSELLING EITHER GOVT OR PRIVATE

may i know about the normalization this year?
or else is there any other alternative course oriented to biology with good scope?
