I have just taken admission in 3 years Polytechnic Diploma course offered by Rabindra Nath Univeristy. I opted to Mechanical branch. However, now I wish to change my stream to Electronics. Is it possible?

No, it is not possible to change the branch of Polytechnic Diploma course. You can’t switch from one branch to another branch in the middle of the course. You have to pursue complete three years Diploma course in the same branch. None of the colleges allows you to switch from one branch to another branch in the middle of the course. In case, if you are not interested to continue Diploma course in present branch, then you can discontinue the course and you need to take fresh admission in first year of Diploma course in the branch which you have interest for pursuing Diploma course.
