whether sikha visharad is equivalent to B.ED degree or not and recognised by NCTE or accepted by railways

I am attending examination hindi BED on 06 Dec 2013.my hall ticket no 394 name MEERASAB MULLA Center name jijan Gargoti, Taluk-Bhudargad Dist-kolhapur, Maharastra my result is not come so please conformation my result is urgently. This result is very impotent in my feature. I am now pu college lecturer in govt of Karnataka education dept.
