What is the procedure for fee concession for SC candidates in UPTU?


I hv alloted b.n.degree college shahabad hardoi on zero fee in sc catagory nd less annual income based but they pressured me to pay 75 thousnd rs.while govt. Had exempt me for paying any fee what should i hv to do now

I have taken admission in ABSE it ghaziabad in CS B.tech. fee is very high how can I get concession being a SC candidiate please tell us how can we get fee concession or sholarship.Please help us.Thanks for this
