Dear Friend

At the earliest you should first read things from some standard textbook like NCERT.
You can refer other books like;
Concepts of Physics by H.C. Verma for Physics
and Arihant Publication's book for Mathematics.
For chemistry NCERT is very much sufficient.
You can refer Peter Sykes' Reaction Mechanism book for Organic Chemistry.

Once you finish a particular topic of any subject from standard books then you
should solve questions on that topic from other books (named under).

Physics: HC Verma, I.E.Irodov, Previous Year question papers of ISAT and IIT-JEE.

Chemistry: First finish NCERT very well then
R.C.Mukherjee for Physical Chemistry,
Inorganic and Organic chemistry can be practiced from any coaching institution's
study material for IIT-JEE and/or ISAT.
Also Solve Previous Year question papers of ISAT and IIT-JEE.

Mathmatics:
You can start with NCERT but you should finish Arihant's Maths books for
IITJEE and/or ISAT for sure.
Also Previous Year question papers of ISAT and IIT-JEE.

It is good to hear that You are focusing on one point.
It is advised that Early you know what to do early you have skill to done the job.

I recommend you to study NCERT books for Physics and chemistry.
After finishing you can go for other competitive books such as H.C. Verma for Physics and Arihant publications for chemistry otherwise NCERT is sufficient for chemistry
But for Math i would recommend you to take some notes from competitive coaching institute and obvious you have to take NCERT as well.

For ISAT prepare with the books you study for IIT . The syllabus is mostly the same .
Firstly read NCERT books of 11th and 12th standards .
Then for physics go for HC.VARMA
For Maths go for Tata Mc. Graw Hill
For Chemistry go for Arihant .
All the best !!
