If you are interested to do a lecturer job in government colleges or universities, you can try for that by attending UGC NET exam. You can apply for PO jobs in public sector banks. You should appear for written examination conducted by banks for this. You can apply for jobs in civil services. IAS/IPS posts are suitable in this regard. Some of the other major departments where in you can apply are income tax, excise customs, sales tax etc.

2. Research Scientist: Government research organizations and institutes, such as the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), and Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), regularly hire research scientists with expertise in Mathematics. 5. Civil Services: With your academic background and knowledge of Mathematics, you can appear for the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Mathematics is an optional subject in the UPSC exam, and scoring well in this subject can enhance your chances of success.

This includes organizations like the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), and Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

8. Data Analyst: Government departments and agencies often require skilled data analysts to handle and analyze large datasets. This can involve working with data from various domains, including social sciences, economics, healthcare, and more.

Keep an eye on the job notifications and recruitment advertisements from government bodies at the central and state levels.
