which one is better i.e. icfai hyderabad or icfai dehradun??

Obviously icfai dehradun is better than hyd for btech as it is 8 years older and icfai dehradun's placements r also best wid recruiters like capgemini, adp, hcl, bosch, tata tech coming for campus placements. also icfai hyd is rankd only 4 its mba bt icfai dehradun is rankd 13th best in india for engineering, 19th best for law and 30th best for mba.

I am pursuing B.Comm-3rd (Final) year from HNB Garhwal University, Dehradun as private student. I am seeking clarification whether I fullfills the Eligibility Criteria for admission in MBA because under this head in booklet provided to me narated: Candidates who have completed their bachelor degree by part time or through distance education or on a one time sitting basis or on a 2-year basis are not eligible for admission.
