i wish to do icwa course, i complited m.com and now working in pvt firm so i wish to do icwa under private registration. Can I do this course as my wish?

There is no such registration process available for doing ICWA course.
ICWAI is a completely a government institution and no other institution provide this degree.
If you are planning to register for exam and do the studies yourself then you can opt
for postal coaching (study material included).
You are supposed to attend classes forcefully.

Go to the official website of ICWAI and read the details regarding registration, fee
structure etc.

There are two ways you can avail class room teaching which will be little costly other wise you can opt for materials which you can read of your own or some body might help you this option will cost you little less.
