Yes you can apply for RTO Exam after the completion of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. eligibility criteria is graduate with 50%

my relative passing the mechanicalm diploma with 83% can i apply for rto exam for her.

Why should mechanical students apply for rto exam as they have got so many govt jobs only automobile students must be elgible for rto bcose they have no vacancies in govt jobs because diploma in automobile students are suffering a lot plz change this system and help give chance to automobile students thanking you

The eligibility for CDS is as follows:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
-For Indian Military Academy/Officers Training Academy: Degree from a recognized university.
-For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering.
-For Air Force Academy: Degree from a recognized university with physics and maths/B.E

AGE LIMIT
-Indian Military Academy: 19-24yrs.
-Naval Academy: 19-22yrs.
-Air Force Academy: 19-23yrs.
-Officers Training Academy: 19-25yrs.
