Hello friend,
The Company Secretary course includes the following stages and apart from the practical training, each stage requires a minimum of one year to complete.
The different stage of the course are the Foundation program, Executive program and the Professional program.
The duration of the course will also depend upon your qualification because if you have qualified +2 level of exam, you will have register for the foundation program but if you are a graduate, in any stream, you will b e eligible to enroll directly for the Executive program.
The duration of the practical training is 15 months, which can be done either after executive program or after professional program.

As far as the fee structure s concerned, it will be as follows:
Foundation program- Rs.3600
Executive Program- Rs. 7000 for commerce graduates and Rs.7750 for non-commerce graduates.

do we have to undergo any entrance examination for getting into cs foundation course??????

NO,you need no to take any coaching for joining the course as there is no entrance exam for joining the company secretary course.

you need to register yourself with Indian Company Secretary Institute (ICSI)for joining this course after joining if you find any subject or subjects that you can not study of you own than you can take coaching for that subjet/subjects.

It distance learning course and student do not have much regular classes in this course.
So they find it difficult to study of their own that's why they take coaching.

CS - COMPANY SECRETARY course managed and conducted by ICSI(Institute of Company Secretary of India) is a correspondence course and can be taken any time of a year.

The course comprises of three programs:-

FOUNDATION PROGRAM - The candidate having 10+2 from any discipline can be admitted to this program. Course Fee-3,600.00 and Exam Fee-875.00.

EXECUTIVE PROGRAM - The candidate having completed Foundation Program or graduation degree from any discipline can be admitted directly to this program. Course Fee-6,500.00 for Foundation program passed, 7,000.00 for Commerce Graduate and 7,500.00 for other graduates with exam fee-900.00.

PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM - This program can be taken after completion of Executive Program. Course Fee-7,500.00 with exam fee-750.00.

The duration depends upon a candidate to complete these Programs followed by a 15 months practical training program.
